The Shareholders of The Grand Bahama Development Company Limited – DEVCO are pleased to announce that on yesterday, the Government of the Bahamas signed a Heads of Agreement with the Carnival Corporation regarding the $100 Million development of the cruise port in Sharp Rock, Freeport, Grand Bahama.
